About Small Claims Enforcement

Small Claims Enforcement is a service dedicated to the fulfillment of judicial judgments. We purchase your judgment, in its entirety, without application fees or up-front costs of any kind. We advance all the expenses involved in enforcing the judgment and then receive payment only from the judgment debtor, and at no direct cost to you.

Almost eighty percent of judgments are never recovered due to the fact that while the court may have awarded your judgment, the enforcement is unfortunately your responsibility.

Small Claims Enforcement has the resources, experience and expertise to enforce the judgment owed to you, utilizing all necessary steps to legally investigate and seize whatever assets necessary from the debtor. As long as you have a valid, court awarded judgment, we will recover the full amount of the unpaid judgment, plus any interest that the judgment has accrued since it was issued. And yes, we can track the debtor down even if he or she has relocated to a different state. As allowed by law, we can garnish wages, seize bank accounts and assets as necessary. If possible, we will try to do so without any notification or confrontation.
